Wishing Star Foundation will present Taste Spokane at Northern Quest Casino on March 7, from 5 to 9p.m. Enjoy samples from restaurants, wineries and breweries. Every taste purchased benefits Wishing Star. Local artists Sessionz Jazz Band and Chuck Dunlap will provide live music. Guest chef, Bruce Arndt, from Poor Papa’s Cajun Spices, will entertain by cooking his tasty treats. Pampering services will be available for those who want a little relaxation. Proceeds from this event will benefit Wishing Star Foundation, enabling more wishes to be granted to children with life-threatening illnesses. Currently 60 children are on our wish list waiting for their wish to come true. Join us for an exciting night of food, drink, relaxation and fun all benefiting Wishing Star. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door includes a complementary wine glass and cheese plate. Taste tickets are additional $2 or a taste deal is available, 20 tastes for $30.
